Upon your request, I am sharing with you the recipe and photo content of my favourite hazelnut oat cookies, sugar free, easy and homemade!
Besides the deliciousness of the cookies, they are really nutritious and they will provide you with enough energy to seize the day, workout and deliver your tasks.

Ingredients🍪 (for 20 cookies)
- 200g oat flour
- 200g oats
- 2 tbsp low fat butter
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup calorie-free sweetener (powder format)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract & rum extract drops
- 100g crushed hazelnuts
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 cup calorie-free sweetener (powdered)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50ml oat milk (or any milk you prefer)
