Fitness: Workouts: Post HIIT Cardio Core Finisher

 🔥POST CARDIO CORE FINISHER🔥

One of the best ways to make the most out of your HIIT cardio is to follow up with an explosive core finisher. This will burn a bit more calories, will stimulate your whole core and aid in this toned look most of you are after. By saying explosive, you should aim to do a sequence of exercises back to back and then get minimal rest (approx 30'') and repeat. 

I have recorded a part of my own routine in a video for you (check below).
➡️You can use it stand alone as post cardio finisher or execute the full routine (see below) on your core days.
Besides what you see in the video there were also:

✅ Weighted ab curls at 68.1kg
✅Hanging leg raises (15reps)
✅Hanging leg raises with rotations (15reps)
✅Side bends (25reps/side) with 15kg plate
✅V sits (20 reps)
✅ Conventional planks (1min)

So if you are advanced or you want to have a core training day, execute 2 rounds of the sequence stated above with 30'' rest between and then execute the finisher in my video below💪💥 If you are amateur/intermidiate, reduce the reps, side bend weight and plank duration (aim for 30sec).

Fitness: Nutrition: Healthy Protein Sugar Free Cake (ready in 1min)

Hello back to all✋❤

It's been a lot of training posts so it was about time to share a new recipe here.

I woke up a Sunday morning, with almost nothing left in my pantry but I also believe that Sundays require a bit of an extra breakfast 🌝❤️ so I got creative with whatever was in my pantry and made a low sugar, high protein (46g) cake in just one minute! I blended all of the ingredients (check photo below) in a bowl and microwaved them for 1-1,5 minute and boom ready! It is absolutely epic shot to give because you can add any topping you want to give variation and adjust it to your preference. 

On the perks side:

✅Vegan and lactose free friendly
✅Blend all the ingredients in a bowl (aka minimal washing afterwards and microwave for 1-1.5min🙌
✅Enjoy guilt free🤤🎈
❌No milk, sugar, butter or eggs.
