How to : start your day with positive energy

Goodmorning people :)

Starting up  your day having a good breakfast and positive ideas around is a great way to improve the quality of your day , boost yourself with energy and respond successfully to all your responsibilities ! :) 

If you want to have a good day you should treat yourself equally good since you deserve it :)

You should do a couple of changes/options in your daily routine in order to replace anxiety and moments of rush with peaceful and relaxing moments.  Be active, keep your movements calm , organize better your time and start enjoying yourself more and more .

Nowdays most of the people are too busy to prepare a healthy breakfast, stretch or perform such activities in the morning . It's hard,  though it's not impossible or unrealistic pattern to live with. If you really desire your days to be filled with smiles , limited time is not an excuse .

It needs a lot of effort and a fair part of your time to turn a completely misery life into a bright pleasant experience and certainly nothing can happen in just one day . Small and possible targets are the key part here .

What can you do to start your day with positive energy? Make some smart changes to benefit yourself from Day 1 :


  • Sleep early at night . It's scientifically proven that if you sleep late at night , even if you rest for the same amount of time as you usually do, you will wake up feeling super tired . Depends on your schedule , state a specific time at night and go to sleep as early as possible.Stay away from any computer,mobile phone,iPad,TV etc at all costs. Studies have shown that virtual light is responsible for sleeping disorders and just a week away of them during bedtime can tune your bio-clock again back to optimal state :)



  • Wake up 15 minutes earlier than you usually do . Take your time to leave your bed peacefully ( standing up suddenly may affect your blood pressure and cause a dizzy effect ) . Once you get up ( or while you're still on bed ) stretch your legs , abs , arms and back repeating every stretch 8 times for each part . It's the least you can do in the morning but still have a great impact on you. :) If you have some more time available and you are an active person, stick to some daily morning exercise routine! Post stretching, you can have a fast shower and then you're ready to enjoy your breakfast!



  • I always listen to music while I'm getting ready for work/university ! It's super effective and it always makes up my mood !



  • Don't skip your breakfast ! It's the most important meal of the day ! If you have a good breakfast it can keep you full for nearly 6 hours ( but you should eat something every 3-4 in order to keep your metabolism active ) . A smart recommendation is to prepare your meal the night before or make it when you wake up , depending on your time schedule ! BUT FORGEEEET the combination coffee + smoking , this is DEFINITELY not a breakfast ! 



  • Wear something that makes you feel nice : Feeling nice and comfortable in your clothes is the number one booster of your self-confidence , a really important option if you want to be  efficient in your studies/work etc. If you have a dresscode at work you can count on underwear that make you feel nice or/and some accessories that spread positive energy.



  • Appreciate every day you have as a gift ! I think it's the most common sentence used out there yet  sooo underestimated . We all have problems to deal with , we all have difficulties but being focused only on the dark side of things never helped anyone . Try to view every day as a gift and as a new opportunity to do what you didn't dare yesterday. Experience more , learn more , correct your mistakes and be the best possible YOU .



  • Eat properly . You should consume a meal/snack every 3-4 hours , don't ignore your snacks even if you're not deadly hungry , you need to keep your metabolism active not only to burn fat but to have a healthier organism in total, too .



  • Have breaks from your studies or work during the day , even if this can be 5-10 minutes . It's enough time to relax and disengage yourself from stress and anxiety . During your break try to think about something that makes you feel like an optimist , brings you a wide smile and is completely irrelevant with the source of your daily stress .




  • When you are done with working/studying or such stuff , return home and take 30 minutes just for you . By saying this, i mean to spend this time completely for your own self. Remove your clothes , wear something more comfortable , shower if you want , make something to eat , stretch a little and relax . Don't be in hurry to check all your social media accounts and stuff . Studies have shown that social media are a super stressful source instead of being a way to relax . Be sure you will have at least 30 mins of personal care before you start doing household stuff, homework , use of computers etc.



  • Organize the work you should do at home to make sure you're done before any deadline , Set a schedule and be loyal to it . You will avoid the useless stress part , you will be done at your time and you will have some extra time to be better prepared, double check or just relax.



  • Meditate before you sleep . Try to relax , sit in a comfortable position and try to meditate , think about your life , the pros and cons , your targets , your success , your desires , your dreams in a way that helps you believe in yourself and be proud of who you are . Meditate and release the stress out of your body .



  • Go to bed early and avoid any virtual light in your bedroom . If you don't feel sleepy enough you can stretch / read a book / draw something / listen to some music or do something productive . A good option is to prepare your meals for the following day , choose your clothes etc in order to save some more time from the following morning . 



That's it :) Some small , easy but very effective and useful tasks you should complete everyday in order to spread positive energy both in and out of you, relieve yourself from stress and all its consequences. Start enjoying yourself more !
