Fitness: How to do a handstand AT HOME

Heya folks!

Today I am covering a very much requested topic, especially in those challenging days we are going through, since we are still in 1 month Quarantine lockdown by the time I compose this article.

Home workouts are all over the place, and I have already posted a couple of them here and a ton of tips and substitutions on Facebook and Instagram, however, it is important to step out of the box and find new, more exciting ways to stimulate our muscles and top the hard work we've put on.

Handstands it is then! But why handstands?

💥Handstands are a very efficient way to train a lot of your muscles at once, since shoulders (anterior and medial deltoid), chest (pectoralis major&minor) and back (serratus anterior, erector spinae, trapezius, latissimus dorsi and quadratus lumborum) are all involved.
💥Furthermore, handstands are highly effective to: ✅build up a very strong core, ✅improve your balance and stability, ✅progress on your flexibility, ✅increase your mind-muscle connection and ✅stimulate your whole body since your ✅abdominal area, hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thigh muscles and spinal muscles are also working altogether to support you all the way up.
💥Of course, if you try to do a handstand out of the blue for the first time right away, chances are it won't work out or you might end up injured. This is why proper practice and progression are vital wither your goal is to just learn how to perform a handstand or use the routine as a dope fullbody workout, AT HOME.
💥To upgrade our coaching game, I decided to instruct through video, break it down in simple steps for you guys and demonstrate how to perform your first handstand, with no equipment, against a wall.
